All wines are offered subject to availability and to final confirmation by Gordon & Charles. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. In-bond prices exclude UK duty and VAT; duty-paid prices include both.

An order placed through this website is a request to purchase. It is accepted only once we have confirmed availability and arranged payment. We will always do our best to fulfil your order, but cannot guarantee availability, which is subject to change.

Wine sold in bond remains in a HMRC-bonded warehouse and is transferred to the buyer's storage account. Duty-paid wine is delivered once duty and VAT are settled. Title passes on receipt of cleared payment.

When you place an order we authorise your card for the order total but take no payment at that point. We charge the authorised amount only once we have confirmed availability with our cellar. If we are unable to fulfil your order, the authorisation is released and nothing is charged.
